At the main prep line, a container of brown sugar, butter, and mayo was found to have no label. Any food items being stored in a container that's not its original container shall be labeled with the common name of the product [750.130]. Next Inspection
Scoop handle found touching the mashed potatoes in the drawer of the 3-door cooler in the kitchen. Store handle in a way that prevents the handle from touching the food product [750.160]. Next Inspection
13  Male employees handling food did not have hairnets. Employees shall use effective hair restraints to prevent the contamination of food or non-food contact surfaces [750.520]. Next Inspection
21  Several cloths were found to be stored on various counters and prep stations along the main prep line in the kitchen. Provide for all wiping cloths to be stored completely submerged in an approved sanitizer solution while not being used [750.810]. Next Inspection
36  The floor area under the square table located in the corner of the main prep line (next to the grill and fryers) is unclean. Clean all floor areas and maintain in a state of cleanliness [750.1220].
